Does membership include the cost of products?
No. Membership pays for design tools, AI/design support, and business features. Product production + delivery are paid per order, depending on materials, size, finishing, and destination.
What does “personalization level” mean?
Basic is template edits (name/short text). Standard unlocks full editing and uploads. Pro adds brand tools and human design tickets. Exclusive adds a storefront + product-on-demand fulfillment.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes a yearly credit bundle (Standard: , Pro: , Exclusive: ). Credits are used for AI design generations, variations, and quick image cleanup tasks. Credits reset each year.
